Email notifications from our platform are currently not being delivered because our email service provider has temporarily taken its services offline as a precaution against two critical PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), also known as PHP2Shell.
All other platform functionality remains fully operational and is not affected by or susceptible to these vulnerabilities.
We are monitoring the situation and expect email delivery to resume once our provider restores its services.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
